Im personally a big fan of Paddington having lived there myself for over 8 years. What is important when looking to invest in this suburb is sifting out the good streets from the less desirable . My pick has always been and will be Windsor Street- if you are lucky enough to purchase on the even numbered side of the road you will bag yourself the sunny back garden and most likely access to rear lane parking but anything on Windsor Street is a gift and a fantastic investment. The 2nd choice is Paddington Street and again yes, an even numbered residence is best but the other side not so shabby either!.
