An absolute cracker result at 5 Parsley Road Vaucluse being $750,000 above reserve which suggests along with other strong sales transactions continuing to occur that the East seems bullet proof despite the darkness of this virus
It will be an interesting year in our property sector and I would urge any buyer not to sit on the fence waiting for a bargain. Historically when the market closes down during summer school holidays the buyers are back on the trail as soon as the agents are back on board, the current conditions may kick in a stronger market still once we get back to some normality
