Its not often I get property purchase envy but on this occasion It’s happened ! I don’t have any clients currently seeking a block of apartments so it was off my buyers agent radar but my goodness I truly wish I had been cashed up or scrambled together some friends to collectively buy this little gem.
A Spanish style block of 4 apartments ( 3 x 2 bedrooms and 1 x 1 bedroom ) selling for $3.41, seriously this must be the bargain of 2020 in the East and I wish the purchaser my sincere congratulations. Clearly it needs some work but the location and bones of the place is truly gorgeous.
