You may recall my pick of the week on my post a couple weeks ago at 17 March Street Bellevue Hill and as I thought, the property sold pre auction. 2 weeks into the campaign the property was snapped up for $12.8 million ( $1.8 million over the price guide). Great result for the vendor and the lucky buyer. This was a special place.
