As promised I have selected a number of 2020 sales focusing primarily on the Village ; that is properties in close proximity to Queen Street being the hub of this suburb. As you can see by the mapping, Woollahra spans on the cusp of Bondi Junction and Paddington, this focus is around what I feel is the premier street locations.
Again prices highlight the continued demand in the East but in this instance, what is interesting is the m2 you get for your $ , clearly a very expensive suburb but worth every penny in my view and always a fantastic investment, you will never lose money buying in this suburb!
